Privacy Policy

Who we are

This site is operated by X5 Construction LLC, a commercial and residential construction contractor working in Florida. This policy explains what we do with the information you send us here, and what we don’t do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out the quote form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the trades you need, the project location, project type, target start date, your scope notes, and any drawings or photos you attach. If you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you choose to send that way.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics tools or third-party pixels on this site.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies, and it has no tracking or advertising scripts. That is why you were never asked to accept a cookie banner.

How we use it

• To price your project and send you a quote.
• To contact you about that quote and about the work itself.
• To keep a record of the estimates we have issued, and to perform a contract if you hire us.
• To keep the site working and protect it from abuse and spam.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list. If you ask us for a quote and decide not to move forward, we simply stop contacting you.

Who else sees it

We share your information only with the providers that make this site and our estimating work possible, and only to the extent they need it:

• Our email provider (Resend) — delivers your form submission, attachments included, to our inbox.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) — serves the site and keeps the server logs described above.
• Subcontractors and suppliers — only where your scope requires a quote from them, and only the project details they need to price it.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Messaging us on WhatsApp, or clicking through to Google or any other site linked from here, is governed by that company’s own privacy policy, not this one.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our email records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job, for warranty questions and for our own accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete yours sooner — see below.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form submissions are transmitted to us encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive personal data — such as Social Security numbers, bank details or card numbers — through this form. We will never ask you for them here.

Your choices

Write to us at admin@x5construction.com and we will, within a reasonable time: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy law; ask us and we will honor what applies to you.

Children

This site is meant for business and homeowner inquiries. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top of this page.
